Zveza SVS brings together historic vehicle clubs and enthusiasts across Slovenia. Founded in 1997, the federation promotes the preservation, understanding and responsible enjoyment of historic vehicles, helping pass this heritage on to future generations.
As Slovenia’s National FIVA Authority (ANF), Zveza SVS connects the country’s historic vehicle community with the international movement represented by FIVA — the Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens.
Our work includes vehicle assessment and documentation, education, support for member clubs, and representation of historic vehicle owners’ interests. Together with our clubs, we bring motoring heritage to life through events, competitions and shared experiences.
Zveza SVS was founded in 1997. It grew from a shared ambition among Slovenian clubs to support historic vehicle owners and establish a common approach to the preservation, assessment and use of their vehicles.
In 2000, the federation joined FIVA, strengthening its international connections. Since then, its activities have developed to encompass technical expertise, education, publications and a varied programme of events and competitions.
First published in September 2009, Glasilo SVS documents the vehicles, people and stories within our community. Its pages feature restoration projects, motoring history, technical articles, club activities and reports from events in Slovenia and abroad.
Created by volunteer editors and contributors, the magazine shares practical knowledge and records the dedication behind historic vehicle preservation. It is distributed to members through SVS clubs.
The SVS Championship brings historic and youngtimer vehicle enthusiasts together at competitions organised by member clubs across Slovenia. Driving skills and precision are combined with friendly competition, shared experiences and the enjoyment of vehicles in motion.
The season connects different regions and clubs, celebrating both individual achievements and the community that makes these events possible.
From club gatherings and exhibitions to driving events, Zveza SVS and its member clubs offer opportunities to enjoy historic vehicles, exchange knowledge and meet fellow enthusiasts.
Sprint Weekend brings cars, motorcycles, sidecars and mopeds together at the Lindauring circuit. The 2026 edition combined driving challenges, vehicle displays and SVS Championship activities, and was included in the FIVA events calendar.
TOMOS heritage events celebrate one of Slovenia’s best-known motorcycle and moped marques. The 2023 Adria Classic TOMOS gathering in Koper was held as an international FIVA event, combining discussions about TOMOS history w
